Working in permaculture garden (day 3)

   After few days we turned the compost pile. It was noticeably smaller, than we made it. The warming inside the pile caused shrinking. Also it was possible to feel the warmth with just putting hand above the compost. As we turned it, the warm steam came out of it.

   Like Tatyana said, the hot compost was success, because there was no bad odor coming out of it. Hopefully it will continue like that. 

   As we turned the compost mass Tatyana added some water just to keep it moisten. Also the taping is no less important.

   Well, the one thing that wasn't success was the proportion pile. We made it too small in height, so the pile will not 'breath' well enough.

   Anyways, it's not huge disaster considering the next pile turning time will be after few days...
